GAC German Airport Consulting GmbH was founded in 1997 as a 100% owned subsidiary of Flughafen Hamburg GmbH (FHG). This makes GAC the first German consulting firm to have been launched by an airport operator.

GAC has been providing consulting services for ten years now, both to airports and to other companies that are looking to benefit from the collective experience of the Hamburg Airport Group.
